I have some big changes in my life happening in April and I just want to make sure that I stay on track with my moods and feelings and make sure everything goes as planned…
April 1-7: at least 15 minute exercise everyday and no doughnuts
April 8-14: at least 20 minute exercise everyday and one vegetable at every meal
April 15-21: at least 25 minute exercise everyday and healthy breakfast every morning
April 22-28: at least 30 minute exercise everyday and no meat aside from chicken (unless there is absolutely no other option i.e dinner guest)
I am also going to make it a goal to journal everyday
